At Mr.Bricolage, we aim to deliver your orders reliably, clearly, and safely. Please read the following
conditions carefully:

1. Delivery Timeframe

• Deliveries are carried out within 2 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• Operating hours are Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 16:00.- No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

2. Delivery Terms

• All deliveries are made to the sidewalk/pavement of the delivery address only.
• Delivery does not include transportation inside the premises, up staircases, or any interior placement
• A responsible adult must be present to receive and sign for the goods.

3. Product Inspection & Responsibility

• Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the item(s) immediately
• Signing the delivery form confirms the item(s) were received undamaged and in acceptable condition
• The company is not liable for:
  • Subsequent damage due to misuse, accidents, incorrect installation, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Product issues related to manufacturer defects (covered under warranty).

4. Additional Clarifications

• If damage is noticed upon delivery, notify the driver and mark it on the delivery form before signing.
• Once the delivery form is signed, it is assumed that the customer has accepted the goods as delivered
