The sealant creates a long-lasting waterproof seal and remains permanently flexible, helping handle movement between roofing materials. It is ideal for sealing gaps around flashing, roof panels, tiles and fascia boards. It offers excellent adhesion to most surfaces and can be used in direct contact with asphalt and bituminous roofing materials.
