VECHRO Gumilak Metal Varnish.

High quality new generation synthetic enamel, suitable for interior and exterior use with low VOC and enhanced anticorrosive (anti-rust) properties.

It can be applied on metallic surfaces performing excellent hardness development, very good mechanical properties and great resistance in UV and adverse weather conditions.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean the surface of dust, oil, cropped paints, rust. Sandpaper surface
before application and clean well from dust. On metal surfaces it is proposed one coat of OXIDOL anticorrosive primer.

APPLICATION
Stir well. Apply one or two coats GUMILAK metal anticorrosive.

CLEANING EQUIPMENT
While working keep your equipment wet, either in the pot, or in the paint
lauder. Strain well your tools from paint back to the pot and clean immediately with thinner, water and soap.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Temperature 8-30°C and relative humidity lower than 80%. Contrary
weather conditions may degrade paint’s quality.

STORAGE
Close well after use. Store in a cool place. Protect from freezing and direct sun exposure.

MINOS METALLIC DECORATIVE PAINT

SILVER METALLIC is a gold metallic paint ideal for decoration and protection of most surfaces. It can be applied on metal, wood, carton, plaster, canvas and most plastic surfaces. SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces should be sanded, dry and clean from dirt, rust, grease, loose paint etc.

APLICATION
Metal surfaces

Apply two coats of SWAN RUST PRIMER or SWAN MINIO for anti-corrosion protection.
Follow with application of one or two coats of GOLD METALLIC according to application.
Other surfaces

Apply directly one or two coats of GOLD METALLIC according to application.

LEAD STATEMENT
WARNING: Treatment of old surfaces such as dry sanding, flame cutting and/or welding of the dry paint film will give rise to dust and/or hazardous fumes.
Lead dust may be released. Lead is toxic.
Exposure to lead dust can cause serious illness.
Wet sanding/flatting should be used wherever possible.
If exposure cannot be avoided by the provision of local exhaust ventilation, suitable respiratory protective equipment should be used.

VECHRO CHASSI ANTICORROSIVE CHASSI PAINT

/

Anticorrosive alkyd enamel paint for car chassi and components’
protection.

Resistant to water, gasoline and car oils.

Gloss alkyd paint with low VOC content, suitable for protection
of cars’ chassis and other metallic equipment. Gives very good
adhesion, quick drying and very good water as gasoline resistance.

Texture: Gloss > 80 units in 60º.
Specific weight: 1,19-1,24 kg/lt.
Covering power: 12-14m²/lt per layer depending on the surface.
Dilution: Up to 5% on volume with SMALTOLUX WHITE SPIRIT for application by brush or roller and for spray application up to 12% on volume with No1 thinner of
VECHRO.
Drying: 1-2 hours touch free. Drying through 3-4 hours.
Recoatability: Recoatable 18 hours after application or after first layer’s hardening. These times prolong under cold and wet weather conditions.
VOC class: “One-pack performance coatings. Anticorrosion finishes”. Type SB. VOC limit =500 gr/lt. Max VOC of product ready for use= 490gr/lt.
It fulfills the requirements of E.C. legislation after 2011. VOC: organic volatile compounds with boiling point < 250ºC.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean the surface of dust, oil, cropped paints, rust. Sandpaper surface
before stain, especially if it was oil painted. Use solvent to clean the
surface before application.

APPLICATION
Stir well till thinner is fully embodied. Apply one-two coats CHASSI COAT.
For better protection, primed surfaces should be painted with the suitable
finish paint such as GUMILAK metal, SMALTOLUX extra or any enamel paint
from VECHRO.

Rust-Oleum® CombiColor® Multi-Surface 7300 coating is a solvent based primer and topcoat
in one, based on a modified Alkyd binder, providing good adhesion to many types of substrates. The product is lead- and chromate free.

RECOMMENDED USES
Rust-Oleum CombiColor Multi-Surface 7300 can be applied on many different substrates like
wood, metal, mdf, masonry, tiles, most rigid plastics, old concrete and more. We advise to do
a small adhesion test prior to the application of the full surface. CombiColor Multi-Surface is
intended for brush and roller application.
For metal structures in a more aggressive industrial environment we advise CombiColor Original in combination with Rust-Oleum CombiPrimer Anti-Corrosion 3369/3380.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove oil, grease and all other surface contaminations by alkaline cleaning in combination
with appropriate detergents. Remove rust scale, loose mill scale, loose rust and loose coatings by scraping, wire brushing or sanding.
Sand intact coatings to roughen the surface slightly. Test before application the compatibility
with the old coating. The surface must be clean and dry during application.
New galvanised (bright aluminium-like finish), Zinc and Aluminium (new and old) surfaces
have to be primed first with CombiPrimer 3302.
Aged galvanized (matt grey appearance, showing white rust) should first be cleaned with an
acid cleaner (e.g. Rust-Oleum® SE108) or by mechanical abrasion with for example ScotchBrite.
Very porous surfaces should be sealed prior to application of CombiColor® Multi-Surface.

DIRECTION FOR USE
To ensure homogeneity, coating materials should be thoroughly stirred prior to use.
APPLICATION & THINNING
Brush: Use natural bristles, long hair brushes.
Thinning generally not required

Roller: Use short nap, poly-amid (Perlon) 6-12 mm rollers.
Roller application may require 2 coats to achieve recommended dry film

RUST-OLEUM® CombiColor Metal 7300/7400 coating is primer and topcoat in one, based on
a urethane modified alkyd, providing good drying properties at low temperatures.
The product contains rust-inhibitive pigments and is lead- and chromate free.

RECOMMENDED USES
RUST-OLEUM CombiColor Metal 7300/7400 should be applied on bare, manually derusted or
with CombiPrimer Anti-Corrosion 3369/3380 primed steel. CombiColor Metal is intended for
brush and roller application and can also be applied by air spray.
RUST-OLEUM CombiColor Metal 7300/7400 offers corrosion protection in a light industrial
environment.
For metal structures in a more aggressive industrial environment, prior application of a RUSTOLEUM CombiPrimer Anti-Corrosion 3369/3380 is recommended.

corrosion protection in a light industrial environment.
For metal structures in a more aggressive industrial environment, application of an additional
CombiPrimer Anti-Corrosion 3369/3380 is recommended or a second coat of
CombiColor Hammertone 7300 can be applied.

ISOMAT ISOLAC RUST PRIMER FOR METAL SURFACES

/

Anti-rust primer for metal surfaces. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
It offers excellent adhesion and efficiently protects metal surfaces from rust.

Fields of application

It is used οn new or old metal surfaces such as doors, railings, machinery and tools and
constitutes the ideal substrate for the enamel paint ISOLAC DUCO.

Directions for use

1. Substrate preparation The metal surface should be dry and free of rust,
grease, loose particles or paint, dust, etc., while any imperfections should be rubbed with
sandpaper.

2. Application
Apply ISOLAC RUST PRIMER in one or two layers, thinned with 5-10% SM-18 for application
by brush or roller, and with 10-20% SM-16 for airless spray application.The second coat is
applied after the first coat has completely dried, approximately after 8 hours. After the second coat
has dried, it can be smoothed with sandpaper for better adhesion of the final paint. Temperature
during application and drying of the primer should be between +10°C and +35°C.


Coverage
ISOLAC RUST PRIMER covers up to 13m²/l, on previously prepared surfaces.
