Apply directly to the damaged area using a suitable knife. Work the filler well in. When filling deeper holes, the filler should be filled in layers of approximately 5mm and allowed to dry between layers. Smooth over with a wet knife, prior to drying, to ensure an even finish. When dry (within 4 – 6 hours) sand to a smooth finish.
