The utensil is made of 5 mm cast aluminum for an even more compact result, with a lip finish for greater durability. It has an industrial bottom 5 mm thick, resistant to possible sudden temperature changes, suitable for all hobs including induction

The utensil is coated with the latest technology non-stick surface of Stone 3 layers of top quality Greblon C3 with the seal of the German company Weilburger. The coatings are made by the spray method, closing all the pores, with the result that all the utensils, even after prolonged use, look and behave like new, maintaining their non-stick properties in full, for easy cleaning. The non-stick surface is reinforced with granite nuggets and natural metals that make it even more durable like stone.
Before use, wash the utensil with warm water, dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge. Before cooking for the first time, spread the pan with a little oil or butter. We recommend that you repeat this process every now and then so that the durability of the utensil is maintained to the maximum.

For best cooking results, always cook if possible on low or medium heat.

Do not overheat the pan when it is empty. The utensil is designed to withstand abrupt temperature changes. For longer life, prefer to let it cool before washing with warm water. Use only wooden, plastic or silicone tools for longer life of the non-stick coating. Do not cut food into the utensil with sharp tools.

The utensil is suitable for use in the dishwasher. However, it is recommended to wash by hand with liquid soap and a soft sponge to maintain the performance of the non-stick coating and its appearance. Do not leave food or liquid containing salt in the pan for a long time.
