ISOCRYL is a high-performance elastomer, brushable, water-soluble one-component, pure acrylic sealant with a new reinforced fiberglass composition for high strength. It offers excellent resistance to weather conditions. Its special viscous, fiber-reinforced composition based on pure acrylic solvent resins offers easy brush or trowel application in emergency waterproofing repairs on roofs or other surfaces. It is applied to wet surfaces and provides excellent weather resistance.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Careful surface preparation is important to have excellent results and long life.

Application surfaces must be free of dust, grease, loose residue and moisture that may affect adhesion.
Remove all loose parts. The new concrete needs to mature for at least 28 days. The moisture content should not exceed 6%. Old coatings, grease, plant organisms and dust should be removed with the help of an abrasive machine (sander). Surface irregularities must be smoothed. Loose parts or dust from grinding must be removed.

REPAIR OF CRACKS
Careful repair of cracks is extremely important to achieve long-term sealing.

Carefully clean cracks and joints from dust, grease, loose residue.
Cracks or openings larger than 2-3mm should be primed with ISOCRYL PRIMER DUR solvent primer or ISOCRYL PRIMER DUR AQUA water primer and sealed with FLEX acrylic putty.
Large cracks and expansion joints must be primed with PRIMER PU 900 polyurethane primer and sealed with BONDFLEX polyurethane mastic.
Small cracks up to 2-3 mm and the capillaries are recommended to be primed with ISOCRYL PRIMER DUR solvent primer or ISOCRYL PRIMER DUR AQUA water primer. Apply a layer of SWAN MONOPAL and while it is still fresh, apply polyester fabric (approximately 30gr / m2) or fiberglass tape (approximately 60gr / m2) up to 4 – 10cm wide and then another layer of SWAN MONOPAL.

PRIMING
Primer absorbent substrates such as concrete, cement mortar and wood with ISOCRYL DUR AQUA water primer or ISOCRYL DUR solvent primer. Allow the surface to dry for at least 2-4 hours.
On non-porous, glossy, or difficult surfaces (metals, ceramic tiles, plastics, etc.) the application of ADHESIL PRIMER is recommended.

APPLICATION
Apply SWAN MONOPAL with a brush, roller or spray gun, diluted 10% – 20% with clean water. Allow the surface to dry for 12-14 hours
Apply a second coat crosswise on the first coat. without dilution or with a minimum dilution of up to 5%
For greater protection and insulation or where required, apply a third coat.
The surfaces can be pressed after 24 – 48 hours. In the beginning the surface has a stickiness which disappears over time.
SWAN MONOPAL should not be applied at very low temperatures ( 35oC), or when rain or frost is forecast. In case the surface receives direct sunlight, you must ensure that the surface temperature does not exceed the permissible limits. You can wet the surface until the temperature reaches the permissible limits, without stagnant water.

RUST-OLEUM® Hard Hat Aerosols 7715 and 7778 are heat resistant coatings based on a
silicone modified alkyd resin. The products are based on lead- and chromate free pigments.

RECOMMENDED USES
RUST-OLEUM Hard Hat 7715 and 7778 should be used on new, bare steel, blasted steel or
light rusted steel surfaces or properly prepared painted substrates alike barbecue grills, fire
place equipment, space heaters etc.
RUST-OLEUM Hard Hat 7715 and 7778 are intended for small maintenance jobs or for touchup. RUST-OLEUM Hard Hat 7715 and 7778 provide heat resistance up to 750°C (= 1380°F)
dry heat (short term peak resistance) in sheltered or interior environments.

Practical: Practical coverage depends on many factors such as porosity and roughness of the substrate and material losses during application.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove dirt, grease, oil, loose rust and all other surface contaminants by appropriate means.
Sand intact coatings to roughen the surface slightly. The surface must be clean and dry during application.

DIRECTION FOR USE
Remove cover cap. Shake vigorously for at least one minute after the rattle of mixing ball is
heard. Shake frequently during use.
Hold can approx. 30 cm from surface. Use back and forth motion keeping can parallel with
surface. Ensure that can is in motion when spray button is pressed to avoid runs and sags.
Apply several thin layers at a few minutes interval to achieve adequate coating thickness.
After use turn can upside down and press spray button for 2 – 3 seconds to clean valve.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
For optimum results the relative humidity shall be below 85% and the temperature of the can
above 0°C.

REMARKS
RUST-OLEUM Hard Hat 7715 and 7778 are self-priming and should not be applied on
primers or coatings, which are not heat resistant.

SHELLIFE / STORAGE CONDITIONS
3 years from date of production in unopened cans, if stored in dry, well ventilated areas, not in

VECHRO CORROLUX METAL EFFECT ANTICORROSIVE ENAMEL PAINT WITH SPEC. METALIZED-PEARL EFFECT

Special metalized – pearl effect protective anddecorative enamel with very good anticorrosive properties, suitable for indoor and outdoor metallic substrates.
Ideal for protection and decoration of metallic substrates without use of anticorrosive primer.

Stir well. Apply two coats CORROLUX metal effect. For better anticorrosive protection, be sure that the whole of surface has been well coated.
To achieve the best anticorrosive performance, apply at least 100μm dry
film, or apply firstly OXIDOL primer.

While working keep your equipment wet, either in the pot, or in the paint
lauder. Strain well your tools from paint back to the pot and clean immediately with thinner, water and soap.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

STORAGE
Store in a cool place, protect from freezing and sun exposure. Close the
can well after application to keep in good condition. Recover unused paint

LEAD STATEMENT
WARNING: Treatment of old surfaces such as dry sanding, flame cutting and/or welding of the dry paint film will give rise to dust and/or hazardous fumes.
Lead dust may be released. Lead is toxic.
Exposure to lead dust can cause serious illness.
Wet sanding/flatting should be used wherever possible.
If exposure cannot be avoided by the provision of local exhaust ventilation, suitable respiratory protective equipment should be used.

VECHRO CHASSI ANTICORROSIVE CHASSI PAINT

Anticorrosive alkyd enamel paint for car chassi and components’
protection.

Resistant to water, gasoline and car oils.

Gloss alkyd paint with low VOC content, suitable for protection
of cars’ chassis and other metallic equipment. Gives very good
adhesion, quick drying and very good water as gasoline resistance.

Rust-Oleum® CombiColor® Multi-Surface 7300 coating is a solvent based primer and topcoat
in one, based on a modified Alkyd binder, providing good adhesion to many types of substrates. The product is lead- and chromate free.

RECOMMENDED USES
Rust-Oleum CombiColor Multi-Surface 7300 can be applied on many different substrates like
wood, metal, mdf, masonry, tiles, most rigid plastics, old concrete and more. We advise to do
a small adhesion test prior to the application of the full surface. CombiColor Multi-Surface is
intended for brush and roller application.
For metal structures in a more aggressive industrial environment we advise CombiColor Original in combination with Rust-Oleum CombiPrimer Anti-Corrosion 3369/3380.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove oil, grease and all other surface contaminations by alkaline cleaning in combination
with appropriate detergents. Remove rust scale, loose mill scale, loose rust and loose coatings by scraping, wire brushing or sanding.
Sand intact coatings to roughen the surface slightly. Test before application the compatibility
with the old coating. The surface must be clean and dry during application.
New galvanised (bright aluminium-like finish), Zinc and Aluminium (new and old) surfaces
have to be primed first with CombiPrimer 3302.
Aged galvanized (matt grey appearance, showing white rust) should first be cleaned with an
acid cleaner (e.g. Rust-Oleum® SE108) or by mechanical abrasion with for example ScotchBrite.
Very porous surfaces should be sealed prior to application of CombiColor® Multi-Surface.

DIRECTION FOR USE
To ensure homogeneity, coating materials should be thoroughly stirred prior to use.
APPLICATION & THINNING
Brush: Use natural bristles, long hair brushes.
Thinning generally not required

Roller: Use short nap, poly-amid (Perlon) 6-12 mm rollers.
Roller application may require 2 coats to achieve recommended dry film
thickness Thinning generally not required.

Air-atomised spray: Not recommended.

Cleanup: Use Rust-Oleum Thinner 160.

Temperature of air, substrate and coating material between 5° and 35°C and relative humidity
